#10 - Hiramechimedes (from Engine Sentai Go-Onger)
To start off this list, I thought I could begin with an underrated villain from one of the most popular Sentai of all time. Hiramechimedes was originally in line for the role of Land Pollution Minister, until Yogostein stole it. This pissed him off and the two dueled each other, until Yogostein had something to offer. He offered Hiramechimedes the role of Vice-Minister of Land Pollution. Hiramechimedes accepted and was loyal to him ever since. He then went M.I.A. after being chased by the two Wing Race Engines, Toripter, and Jetras, who would go into the human world and meet the Suto siblings, where they would become Go-On Wings. He then comes back into the Human World and helps Gaiark take on the Go-Ongers. Sadly, after being beaten by Engine G9, he returns and decides to defeat with not logic, but raw power, where he absorbs a high amount of Bikkurium, where he becomes Detaramedes. But, not even this power was strong enough as he is defeated by Go-On Red. In the Special DVD, he is revealed to have a transgender brother (you heard that right, folks!). Despite that, he was underrated villain who deserves his spot on this list.

#9 - Bangray (from Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger)
When Bangray first appears, he is a rogue alien who always wants to look for a battle. He first encounters the Zyuohgers as they are fighting Cruiza. He is revealed to have the ability to scan people's memories and can make a certain person of the person's life into reality. Pretty cool, eh? After joining the Deathgaliens, his main motives always revolve around Yamato (aka Zyuoh Eagle), where he wants to make his life a living hell, proving he was sadistic. He actually reveals his main motive that he wants to overthrow Genis and take the empire for himself. He convinces Quval to join his side. When Bangray meets his end at the hands of the Zyuohgers, Quval severs his hand that scans memories and takes it, leaving Bangray defenseless and causing him to be destroyed by Wild Tousai Dodeka King. Being very ruthless, Bangray was a powerful hunter who earns his spot on the list.

#8 - Scorpio (from Uchu Sentai Kyuranger)
That's right, a villain from a current Sentai series earns his spot on this list. Being the brother of Stinger (aka SasoriOrange), he was seen to the person Stinger would look up to, but as time grew, Scorpio grew a hunger for power and searched for said goal. To do this, he betrays his kind and his brother, joining the Jark Matter empire. The big bad, Don Armage, ends up mutating him into a more monstrous state, where he always wears a mask upon his face. He even has a cool finisher that is like a Rider Kick, clearly reminiscing Yuki Kubota (Scorpio's actor)'s role as Kamen Rider Zangetsu from Gaim. During the Kyuranger's quest to find the Argos, Scorpio tries to steal the three Kyutamas that were capable of doing so, where he manipulates his brother and dismantles Champ in the process. When he stings his brother with a poison that makes him go berserk, the other Kyurangers end up helping him regain sanity and luckily, Champ comes back and the two Kyurangers, alongside with Lucky, and Kotaro, end up defeating Scorpio, but when Stinger is being killed by the poison, Scorpio sucks it back into himself. After realizing his psychotic motive, he sacrifices himself as he saves the Kyurangers from an energy blast from Don Armage, being proud of his little brother. Scorpio is a unique villain from the other villains in Kyuranger, because he is the only one who gets more of a backstory than others. Being very unique, he definitely earns his spot on this list.

#7 - Tranza (from Chojin Sentai Jetman)
Yes, I know. Tranza first started out as a kid villain named Tran, who had psychokinetic abilities. After being pissed off by the other members of Vyram, he ends up getting pissed off enough, turning into Tranza, where he takes his revenge on the others and becomes the new leader of Vyram. One of his memorable plans involves creating a robot known as Veronica, where it required human life energy to power itself, but Radiguet siphons the power for himself and Veronica is drained, where the Jetman are successful in beating it. When Tranza strikes back, Radiguet takes a human guise and helps Red Hawk defeat him, regaining his role as leader. Tranza is know in a mental hospital where he lost his sanity. Going down in harsh way, Tranza was a great villain. Due to his conniving plans, and that he is played by Sentai villain legend, Yutaka Hirose, he earns his spot on this list.

#6 - Shadam (from Gosei Sentai Dairanger)
Shadam first starts out as part of the Gorma Triumvirate, who spearhead the attack on Earth. Shadam is a general who is only comforted by power and is later revealed to be Kou (aka Kibaranger)'s father. He once led a major offense of the Gorma Tribe against the Dai Tribe, until both tribes lost, where he made clay doll versions of his peers of the Gorma Tribe, even the emperor, inserting the real version's memories into the clay dolls. After the Emperor falls apart, he takes control of the Gorma as the sixteenth emperor. As most the tribe's members begin to dissolve as clay dolls, it is later revealed in the final episode that he himself was a clay doll that was created by his real version self. Much like Tranza, Shadam was a villain whose plans was greatly calculated, which earns him his spot on this list.

#5 - Basco to Jolokia (from Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger)
At number 5 is Basco to Jolokia, who was once a member of the Red Pirates, where he betrayed Marvelous and Aka Red. Alongside with his simian partner, Sally, he returns and captures four of the Gokaigers, until Marvelous rescues them. He reveals that he has the Sixth Ranger & Extra Hero Ranger Keys, where he would insert five of them into his trumpet, the Rapparatta, where he can materialize manifestations of past Sentai Rangers to do his bidding. At time, the Gokaigers would defeat them and obtain their Ranger Keys. He has his own ship, the Free Joker, which is a red-colored Zangyack ship, and his gold-colored Mobirates. His weapons of choice are the CariBlade and CariBlaster. After when the Gokaigers steal all of the Ranger Keys he had, he then assumes his true form, his Complete Body, which is very cool looking. After betraying Sally by detonating a bomb on her, showing his cruel personality, he then takes on Marvelous in one final battle and the latter wins. He also earns his spot on this list due to that he had five of the 34 Greater Powers the Gokaigers were looking for (Sun Vulcan, Changeman, Flashman, Maskman, and Fiveman to be precise). All the more, Basco was a great villain who was cruel and impressive.

#4 - Juzo Fuwa (from Samurai Sentai Shinkenger)
Now it is getting interesting. Juzo Fuwa was once a great samurai who had a psychotic backstory, where he would want to find a perfect opponent and have his blood on his blade. He was given his sword, Uramasa, by Akamaru and was then turned into a Gedounin, a half-human, half-Gedoushu. Years later, he would find his perfect opponent in Takeru Shiba (aka ShinkenRed). He later duels Takeru in Act 26, where he wounds Takeru, but the latter ends up striking him, causing him to win, and Juzo falls into the ocean, but in Act 33, it is revealed he is alive and is then offered by Akumaru to have his sword repaired. In the meantime, he gives him the Banto Dokuhomatsu sword which he uses to fight. He later learns that his sword's blade was created from the soul's of his family, who wanted to stop his desire for blood lust. After his sword is repaired, he battles Takeru in one final battle, and Takeru wins, destroying him. With an interesting design and backstory, Juzo Fuwa will always be seen as an underrated swordsman.

#3 - Wolzard (from Mahou Sentai Magiranger)
Be honest, you knew he was going to be on this list and I know you would have complained if I didn't put him here. At number 3, he first starts out as an honorable swordsman who would fight the Magirangers every chance he would get. He was always loyal to N Ma and has the ability to summon his own mech, Varikion, which he would combine with to form WolCentaurus and WolKaiser, which I like the latter a lot more better. He would later be revealed as the father of Ozu Siblings (aka the Magirangers), Isamu Ozu, also known as Blagel. After the war that took place years ago, he was turned into Wolzard by N Ma and know that he was reformed, he sacrifices himself to save his children. When their mother, Miyuki Ozu (aka MagiMother), returned, she revealed that Wolzard regained his memory as Isamu and faked his wife's death, sending her to the Garden of Souls and gave his kids a motivation to fight Infershia. Miyuki would then revive Isamu after he was killed by the Hades Gods and would later become Wolzard Fire and join the Magirangers and help defeat N Ma. Despite turning good, Wolzard has a good backstory, design, and mecha that proves he is a powerful villain.

#2 - Emperor Z (from Ressha Sentai ToQger)
Being the Emperor of Darkness, Z always wanted to see light, despite the fact that he is allergic to it, literally. He first appears in Station 11 and befriends the ToQgers, until his army arrives and reveals he is their emperor. Throughout his entire life, he has been raised by Marchioness Mork. In the wedding ceremony, he was devoured by Glitta, making her Empress Glitta, until Z breaks free from her body once she is defeated, assuming a monstrous form. Glitta's light shined inside of his body, which would weaken him. During this time, he stole Akira's AppliChanger and transformed into ToQ 6gou. Once Schwarz and Noir extracted Glitta from his body, the darkness inside of him grew and he became Z-Shin, where he destroys General Schwarz. In the final battle, the ToQgers take him on and defeat him with the Friendship Rainbow Rush and defeat him, where Mork and Nero sacrifice themselves for their leader where he regains the power of darkness, but with the help of the other ToQgers, Right became Rainbow ToQ 1gou and defeated him. Once he exploded in darkness, he is saved by Glitta, who holds his hand as she informs that light cannot exist without darkness and vice-versa. Emperor Z has a good backstory and will not be forgotten.

HONORABLE MENTIONS
Don Armage (from Uchu Sentai Kyuranger)
Jaden Sentai Neziranger (from Denji Sentai Megaranger)

And Number 1 is...
#1 - Enter (from Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters)
Enter earned it. He definitely earns the number 1 spot. Let me explain why. He is first revealed as an Avatar created from the data of the scientists Messiah absorbed. Having a cool and calculating demeanor, he would always come up with underrated plans that would be very interesting and would later partner with Escape (played by Ayame Misaki, who was once a Gravure Idol of the Week, link here: http://morphenomenalawesomeness.blogspot.com/2017/08/gravure-idol-of-week-ayame-misaki.html) He later reveals the Messiah Cards, which were capable of reviving Messiah. But in reality, he had no interest in reviving Messiah, so he kept one of them and inserted them into himself, becoming Enter Unite.
As time would grow, he reveals that he implanted a card into Hiromu (aka Red Buster), where he would copy his data and would then become Dark Buster.
With his new powers, he declares himself the new Messiah and converts every human into data which he absorbs, to understand humans better. In the final battle, where he teleports him and the Go-Busters to Hyper Space, he fights them and tells he barely learned anything about humans, despite absorbing them. The Go-Busters then defeat him using the "Volcanic Go-Busters Attack". Endng him, once and for all. Enter 's character had a really cool personality, where he is both wise and curious at the same time, and is considered the best Super Sentai villain of all time.

That's it folks. I originally was going to do another countdown on Power Rangers villains, but due to other Toku Minutemen being annoyed with the Google Polls, I decided to cancel the next countdown, but if want to see a countdown by EZ Rider, who is more qualified to do this sort of job, click onto this link here: http://tokuti.me/toku-time-top-10-power-rangers-villians/. Anyways, next time, and DLBot2016, if your reading this, next time is another Gravure Idol of the Week, and I'm deciding to do one from the 90s. Who is it? Find out next time. Until then, Later.
Excellent choices, and man I was so happy with your #1 choice.
