Red Battlized Ranger (Power Rangers In Space)
In Episode 38 of In Space, Mission to Secret City, Andros, Carlos, and Carlos´ friend, Sylvie, were captured by Vacsacker, Astronema´s latest monster, who was also capturing other civilians. Why they were doing that is something you have to go see for yourself. Once inside the Secret City, Andros and Carlos couldn´t morph because of the force field generator that was guarding the city. Luckily, Andros´ Battlizer brace was able to work. The buttons 1 and 2 are usually used for finisher attacks. By using them, Andros and his friends were able to escape. But once they ran into Vacsacker, the first two were useless, but Sylvie ends up pressing number 3, which Andros thought it could destroy him. Once the third button was pushed, Andros ends up assuming his Battlizer form. With this, Andros is more muscular and has the ability to fly. He can also fire missiles, can use a magnetic wrist brace, and can activate a shield. The Red Battlized Ranger was a success that it paved the way for future Battlizers.

Red Armored Power Ranger (Power Rangers Lost Galaxy)
In Episode 33 of Lost Galaxy, Trakeena´s new monster, Magnetox, had the ability to drain the Rangers´ morphing energy. After when Leo gets his powers drained, Karone tells the others that their is a way to restore them. When she was Astronema, she fought a mighty warrior who possessed two ancient keys. Before he could unite the keys, she turned him into stone. Karone goes on a journey with Leo and go to the planet where the battle took place. Once they find the stoned warrior (Get it?), they notice the keys are gone. When Karone apologizes to the warrior and her tears fall on his hands, it revives and he gives Leo the keys, restoring his Morpher. When they get back to Terra Venture, and the other Ranger´s powers are drained, Leo puts the keys to use and unites them, transforming into the Red Armored Red Ranger. By this advanced weaponry, he defeats Magnetox and the Rangers´ powers are restored.

Trans-Armor Cycle Armor Mode (Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue)
In Episode 35 of Lightspeed Rescue, the latest demon, Arachnor, who has the ability to calculate and counter the Rangers´ weapons, ends up capturing all of the Rangers and then later infiltrates the Aquabase and captures the Lightspeed Staff. Before capturing Ms. Fairweather, she ends up giving Carter an Access Key to a secret room in the Aquabase. Carter goes into the Aquabase and finds the Trans-Armor Cycle. Earlier in the episode, Carter was testing a prototype of the project, but it failed every test run. When he puts it to use, he uses the cycle´s speed and destroy Vypra´s Vyprari. In the final battle against Arachnor, the cycle transforms into armor for Carter to use. Once Arachnor scans, the design ends up being complex for her to understand. He uses the weaponry of the armor and defeats Arachnor.

Quantum Ranger´s Mega Battle Armor (Power Rangers Time Force)
I know necessarily the Quantum Ranger isn´t an official Red Ranger, but I want to put it on this list anyways. In Episode 20 of Time Force, Eric ends up getting his Morpher taken by Conwing, who uses a voice replicator to sound like Eric´s voice. He takes control of the Q-Rex, but luckily, Eric gets the Quantum Morpher back. When Conwing goes big, Eric then receives the Mega Battle Armor, which descends from the Q-Rex´s chest. When he assumes this form, he has roller skates and blades at his side. He then defeats the gigantic Conwing with this power-up.

Red Battle Warrior (Power Rangers Time Force)
In Episode 32 of Time Force, the Rangers end up confronting a Black Knight. While the other Rangers fight the Black Knight, Wes ends up battling the Black Knight´s dragon and luckily defeats it. He ends up gaining the Battle Fire the dragon was guarding and transforms into the Red Battle Warrior. In this form, he resembles that of a knight and has flaming wings with a sword. He then uses it and destroys the vicious knight once and for all.

Red Savage Warrior (Power Rangers Wild Force)
In Episode 23 of Wild Force, Master Org revives Nayzor into Super Nayzor. The revived combatant mops the floor with four of the Rangers, with only Cole and Merrick left standing. While Alyssa, Taylor, Max, and Danny are unconscious, they end up visiting the Spirit World, where they try to solve a puzzle that will revive an ancient Wildzord on the Animarium. When they complete the puzzle, they end up giving Cole the Falcon Summoner, which he uses and defeats Super Nayzor. Super Jindrax and Super Toxica come to the scene and fight off Cole, causing him to use the Animarium Armor and become the Red Savage Warrior. Using this mighty power, he defeats the two and reverts them back to their normal states.

Tri-Battlized Armor (Power Rangers Ninja Storm)
In Episodes 26 & 27 of Ninja Storm, Shane ends up getting nightmares about his childhood, where he meets a ball of light and is attacked by a ball of darkness. He ends up scouring throughout the woods to find anything, only to find out the ball of darkness is actually a bounty hunter named Vexacus. Vexacus proves to be too strong for Shane, but he is saved by the ball of light from his dream, which is a Carminian. She calls herself Skyla. She then exposits that whenever a Carminian dies, their power is transfered to someone else. Vexacus wants that power for himself, but when Skyla dies in Shane's arms, she gives her powers to Shane. To avenge Skyla, Shane morphs and uses the Battlizer armor, owning Vexacus. The Battlizer also comes with a Flight Mode, which he uses to destroy Vexacus' ship.
Triassic Battlizer (Power Rangers Dino Thunder)
In Episode 28 of Dino Thunder, when Zeltrax returns and uses the Tree of Life´s energy, he ends up kidnapping Krista, a girl who was trying to save the tree from being taken down. He ends up realizing his full passion and accesses his Battlizer. When using the Triassic Battlizer, he has many extensions, which are elastic arms (Yes, elastic arms), gauntlets that can turn into a yo-yo (Yes, a yo-yo) and has battle cannons that are mounted on his back.

SPD Battlizer (Power Rangers S.P.D.)
In Episode 23 of S.P.D., the Rangers end up confronting past enemies, but it is revealed when Sky interrogates a criminal named Mirloc that all the monsters are actually disguises assumed by a new enemy named Slate. When Morgana gives him a power-up and causes the monsters to be revived, the Rangers are pinned, but Kat ends up programming a new upgrade into Jack´s arsenal. RIC gives him a Battlizer Morpher which he uses to transform into Mode 1 of the Battlizer, which is Cyber Mode. Cyber Mode is just some shoulder pads, boots, gloves, a lightsaber knockoff, and especially, a battle thong (I am not even close to joking!). Surprisingly, this Battlizer is effective against the enemies, but also has a second mode, Sonic Mode. This mode has RIC transforming into pieces of armor that would attach to Jack, giving him the ability to fly. He also possesses a broad-sword with RIC´s head as a mantle.
Ironically, Mode 2 of the Battlizer was adapted in the V-Cinema special, Magiranger vs Dekaranger, where Ban returns to Earth with the Battlizer, an upgrade from the SPD Fire Squad.

Red Dragon Fire Ranger
In Episode 25 of Mystic Force, the Rangers end up playing a game with one of the Ten Terrors, Oculous, where the Rangers have to survive being vaporized by said being, who is shooting from another dimension. When all four of the Rangers are vaporized, Nick is the only one left standing. When he realizes his connection with Fire Heart, he combines with the dragon and turns into the Red Dragon Fire Ranger. His weapons involve two Dragon Sticks for combat, which for some reason reminds me of the Ongekibou Rekka from Kamen Rider Hibiki. He can also assume dragon wings for flight. Luckily, he defeats Oculous and his friends are restored.

Red Sentinel Ranger (Power Rangers Operation Overdrive)
In Episode 25 of Operation Overdrive, it is suddenly revealed that he is a robot (Wow, it's not like this plot twist is so cliched as f**k!). He ends up using the Zord technology that Rose programmed, combining with the Sentinel Knight and assumes the form of the Red Sentinel Ranger. In this form, the Sentinel Knight can talk out of his chest (Creepy!). He can also assume blades on his arms. He uses this Battlizer against an army of monsters Kamdor created and luckily defeats them all.

Red Shogun Ranger (Power Rangers Super Samurai)
In Episode 6 of Super Samurai, Jayden ends up meeting a kid named Cody, who is the guardian of the Bullzord, which is the first Zord that appeared on Earth. Due to it being unstable, the Grand Shoguns had to seal it away, but Cody is trying to find away to release it and let it be free. When he releases it, the Nighlok try to retrieve for themselves, but Jayden enters it and takes control of the Bullzord. Whenever controlling the Bullzord, Jayden assumes Shogun Mode, which resembles the Grand Shogun. In Shogun Mode, the Zord he is piloting increases in energy. In the final battle against Master Xandred, Jayden uses his sister, Lauren's fire disc and is able to assume Shogun Mode outside of the cockpit. He then defeats Xandred in his weakspot.

T-Rex Supercharged Red Ranger (Power Rangers Dino Supercharge)
In Episode 5 of Dino Supercharge, Kendall creates a new Dino Charger that will give Tyler a power-up. When Heckyl's mosnter plants a virus into the Charger, it makes him go berserk, acting like an actual T-Rex. Luckily, the Aqua Ranger, who is his dad, helps him break free of the trance and is given a clean T-Rex Super Charger, throwing it at the T-Rex Zord, turning it into the T-Rex Super Charge Morpher. Using it, he transforms into the T-Rex Supercharged Red Ranger. In the following episode, Tyler is able to combine to powers of the other Dino Chargers and can assume Formations like the Dino Charge Megazord.

Lion Fire Mode (Power Rangers Ninja Steel)
In Episode 15 of Ninja Steel, which just aired today, the Rangers end up trying to forge a new Power Star to use against the upgraded Drillion. The Power Star ends up attaching to Princess Viera's armor, where it teleports onto Brody's wrist, transforming into the Lion Fire Power Star. He spins and Viera's armor disappears, where it attaches to Brody, transforming him into Lion Fire Mode. Using this new power, he defeats Drillion.
