Kamen Rider G4
In Kamen Rider Agito: Project G4, an operation from JGSDF GA Division, Risa Fukami, joins the G3 Unit and copies the blueprints for the G4 Suit from Ozawa's computer and quits said unit. She then builds the G4 suit and recruits Shiro Mizuki to become its wearer. As G4, he wields the Gigant, which is a freakin' rocket launcher! Risa later kidnaps Mana so she can use her psychic powers and harness them like a battery. By linking the powers with the G4 Suit, G4 gains the ability to predict the moves of his enemies. In a battle with G3-X, his suit malfunctions, as Ozawa explained that the structure was too dangerous for anyone to use. Due to this, Shiro dies inside of the suit.

Kamen Rider Femme
In Kamen Rider Ryuki: Episode Final, a swindler named Miho Kirishima joins the 13 Rider War to avenge her sister's death and kill Takeshi Asakura, aka Kamen Rider Ohja. She also wants to win the Rider War and revive her sister from the dead. In order to do so, she is the given the swan Advent Deck to become Kamen Rider Femme, who is the first female Kamen Rider in history (Human Tackle doesn't count!). After when Kamen Rider Ryuga (well get to him in a minute) saves her from Ohja and destroys his Advent Beast, she shatters his Advent Deck where he detransforms, causing him to fade away in the Mirror World. She then fights on Ryuga later on in the movie, where his Dragblacker Advent Beast begins to injure her. After being saved by Ryuki, she collapses on the ground and dies.

Kamen Rider Ryuga
In Episode Final, Ryuga first makes his appearance in a fight between Ohja and Femme. When Ohja has the upper hand, Ryuga saves Femme and for some reason Femme mistakes Ryuga for Ryuki (Seriously?! I bet Miho is colorblind because the guy who saved her is black, not red and silver. I know that Ryuga has the same structure as Ryuki, but he could be a clone for all we know). After destroying Genocider, which is a combined version of Metalgelas, Evildiver, and Venosnaker, he leaves Ohja without a Contract Beast. Later on in the movie, Ryuga is actually revealed to be the Mirror World counterpart of Shinji. He then transforms and fights Femme, injuring her during their battle, with the help of Dragblacker. Ryuga's real purpose is too fuse together with the real Shinji and with their combined strengths, he (or they) could win the Rider War. Thankfully, after a battle with Knight, Shinji breaks free from Ryuga and then they fight, one-on-one. Thankfully, Shinji wins the battle and destroys his counterpart.

Kamen Rider Psyga
In Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost, Kamen Rider Psyga is shown to be Smart Brain's secret weapon. He demonstrates his power after fighting a trio of Orphenoches. Leo (the wearer of the belt) first uses his powers on an invasion against the village the humans dwell in. He first kills Masato (aka Kaixa) and takes on the three Orphenoches who are renegades. Later on in the movie, he comes back and leads another raid while kidnapping Mari. He takes her to the stadium where she is lunch for the huge Elasmotherium Orphenoch. Thankfully, Takumi arrives and saves her while Takumi takes on Psyga. He then defeats Psyga with an Exceed Charge, but that was just an excuse to bring out the next Rider.

Kamen Rider Orga
In the same movie, the Orga Gear is worn by Yuji Kiba, aka the Horse Orphenoch. After seeing his friends, Naoya (aka Snake Orphenoch) and Yuka (aka Crane Orphenoch), being killed and eaten by the Elasmotherium Orphenoch, Yuji decides to change his motives and side with Smart Brain after being decieved by Mari, who was actually Smart Lady in disguise. He assumes the role of Kamen Rider Orga and takes on Faiz after Psyga is defeated. The two go on in a one-on-one brawl, until when Faiz gains the upper hand and goes Blaster form and defeats his Orga Stlanzer attack. When Mari is placed inside of a cage and is about to be eaten, again, Orga sacrifices himself to save her. Takumi then destroys the Elasmotherium Orphenoch and watches Yuji die, burning up in blue fire and turn into ash, with his final words being:
"Promise Me...What I wasn't able to do...You Will" as he says to Takumi.

Ace Riders (Kamen Rider Glaive, Kamen Rider Lance, and Kamen Rider Larc)
In Kamen Rider Blade: Missing Ace, which is an alternate ending to the series, the Undead are suddenly freed by the Albino Joker. To combat these threats, Sakuya Tachibana (aka Kamen Rider Garren) recruits three ordinary people, Junichi Shimura, Shin Magaki, and Natsumi Miwa to become the new generation of Kamen Riders (Why he didn't just recruit Kenzaki and Mutsuki again to help out is beyond me). There origin stories where explained in a television special known as Kamen Rider Blade: New Generation, which was divided into vignettes which would air in certain episodes of Blade. Later on in the movie, after sealing the Tarantule Undead, Lance runs into the Albino Joker and is mortally wounded. After dying, Natsumi steals the cards Junichi has and tries to escape, but ends up running into the Albino Joker as well and is killed off faster than you can say sexism (Okay, well it's not sexism even though when Shin died too, but you get my point). A couple scenes later, after experiencing an attack from the Albinoroaches, Amane runs into the Albino Joker and faints, but when her friends arrive, the Albino Joker is revealed to be Junichi himself. After when he escapes, Kenzaki and company try to get Amane to safety, but when they are all occupied, Albinoroaches swarm Amane, but to save her, Blade tells Leangle to revive Chalice and he saves Hajime, only to have his ass handed to him by the Albino Joker and he captures Amane inside of a Vanity Card. The Albino Joker uses the card to assume his Jashin 14 form, where he proves to be to powerful for our Riders. Hajime sacrifices himself to replace Amane in the card where Kenzaki destroys Hajime inside the card, causing Jashin to weaken. Blade then destroys Jashin 14 once and for all using King Form.

The 5 Oni Riders
In Kamen Rider Hibiki and the Seven Senki, Asumu reads a story about a village who is threatened by a Makamou named Orochi and it's respective Douji and Hime. In order to save themselves, they sacrifice one of their people at certain times. After when Asumu and Hitomi's ancestors watch their friend, who is Akira's ancestor, get eaten, Hitomi is next for a sacrifice. Asumu is reluctant to have his friend die, so he tries to find a way to fight back against the Makamou. The village people tell him that the only way is to rely on the help of the Oni. Asumu goes on a quest to recruit some Oni, but running into Hibiki (who I think is his ancestor or it is the same Hibiki where he didn't age) gives him the perspective that he killed his brother, Takeshi, even though we all know it wasn't. (Later on in the movie, it was revealed that Takeshi died in a rockslide). Other Oni includes Ibuki, who was a great Daimyo who was bored of his life, and Todoroki, who somehow is using an electric guitar in feudal Japan (why couldn't it been a Shimasen, I don't know). The movie-exclusive Oni are, Kabuki, an Oni with a short-temper, who may or may not be evil, Tohki, who is a Buddhist monk, Kirameki, a clumsy Oni, Nishiki, a thief Oni, and Habataki, a retired Oni who dedicated his life to raising a family. Later on, the Oni are suddenly framed when someone places Nishiki's weapons near two killed people, making the village think they killed them. The people go crazy enough that they burn down the house they are in. Later on, the people attack the Oni by throwing rocks and stabbing Kirameki's leg. Tohki, Nishiki, and Kirameki try to hurt the people, but Kabuki, Ibuki, Todoroki, and Habataki interfere and it becomes an Oni brawl. The Oni go their separate ways after that, but when Kabuki takes care of Hitomi, she suddenly realizes it was him who killed the two people. The reason why because the people weren't grateful for Kabuki's help and he snapped, growing a huge disgust for humans. (Can you really blame the guy?) Hibiki and Kabuki have it out in a duel in the quarry, with Hibiki being the victor. Kabuki's weak body is then suddenly eaten by Hitotsumi. When Hibiki comes to save Hitomi from being sacrificed, he faces against the Douji and Hime and their army of ninjas. Thankfully, the other Oni come to help and save Hitomi, while also facing Orochi. What happens next is unknown because Asumu reaches to a page that is ripped.

Kabutech Riders
In Kamen Rider Kabuto: God Speed Love, the world has been completely destroyed ever since the meteorite hit the Earth (Yeah, I know in the series, the meteorite that crashed on Earth didn't cause the fate of the world and gave birth to the Worms, but this movie takes place in an alternative universe, and I'm not talking about the one from Decade). ZECT has come up with a plan to restore Earth's water supply, because Earth's water is now scarce. To do so, they'll use a really, really tall satellite tower that would turn a comet into water that will be poured onto the Earth. In this movie, there are three different Riders. They are best classified as Kabutech Riders. The first is Hidenari Oda aka Kamen Rider Hercus, a member of Neo-ZECT, an organization that rebels against ZECT. He is later killed off by Caucasus. Next is Tetsuki Yamato, who is Kamen Rider Ketaros, an operative of ZECT. After fighting Kabuto, Ketaros ends up falling down to Earth, and due to being in reentry, he dies by crashing into the power plant, with his final words being "Long Live ZECT". The last rider is Kamen Rider Caucasus, who is Issei Kurosaki, ZECT's secret weapon. After when Souji and Arata learns of ZECT's true plans, Caucasus is sent to stop them. When Caucasus is about to kill Arata is his escape pod, Kabuto makes the safe in his Hyper Form and destroys Caucasus by using the missiles that was meant for the meteorite.

Kamen Rider Rey
In Kamen Rider Kiva: King of the Castle in the Demon World, Kamen Rider Rey makes his debut saving Kiva and Ixa from two of the Legendorga. His motif is that of a yeti. His identity, Takato Shiramine, is actually a rival of Keisuke Nago, aka Ixa. He is later revealed to be working alongside the Legendorga and their leader, Arc. Why because he couldn't use the Rey Kivat to transform, but until he was baptisted by Arc, he was able to use it. After defeating the Gargoyle Legendorga who tried to kill him, he meets his end at the hands of his rival, Ixa. Interesting fact of trivia, his actor, Shouma Yamamoto, also played Taiga Nobori, aka Saga and later Dark Kiva, in the series.

Kamen Rider Arc
In that same movie, during the 80s, when a convict named Takashi Sugimura finds the ancient remains of Arc, the being possesses him and prevents him from aging. When Takashi was captured by the Legendorga, Arc had full control over his body and leads the Legendorga. Later on, after when Kiva is free from his baptism, he uses the Arc Kivat and transforms into the large Kamen Rider Arc. When the eclipse came, he absorbs its power and becomes Legend Arc. Kiva assumes his Flight Style form to stop him, but Arc is finished when Kiva Rider Kick's him into the moon with the assistance of Castle Doran.

His true goal was later revealed - he wanted to go back in time to revive and fuse with his past self in order to evolve and create an eternal Global Freeze. To do that he assumed Eiji Tomari's form and traveled to 2015, where his goal was achieved and his fusion with his past self created a Paradox Roidmude. His plans however were foiled when Shinnosuke Tomari restarted his Drive Driver with the Tridoron Key and used his son's Shift Car to assume a heroic version of Type Next, using the form's Rider Kick after pulverizing Paradox in a fit of rage to destroy him for good.

Kamen Rider Dark Ghost
In Kamen Rider Ghost the Movie: 100 Eyecons and the Fated Moment, Argos is Alain's supposed to be dead brother and his plan is to collect all 100 of the Ghost Eyecons (Thought that 15 was enough? Well, how about 100 Eyecons to shove down your throat?). One of these Eyecons he uses to assume Napoleon Damashii form.
Kamen Rider Extremer
In the same movie, Argos uses the 100 Eyecons to power his Extremer Driver, which he uses to become Kamen Rider Extremer. He is later defeated by Kamen Rider Ghost in his Mugen Damashii form. Interesting fact that this costume was reused and repainted in the Ghost finale as the Great Eyezer (talk about a low budget).
