Typhoon (Kamen Riders 1 & 2)
To transform, Takeshi Hongo or Hayato Ichimonji would use this belt to transform. To activate it, the gyro in the belt would have to spin, usually caused by wind. If no wind is present, Takeshi (or Hayato) would have to jump high up in the air to make it go. At first, Takeshi's belt strap was white, and Hayato's belt strap was red, until when Takeshi returned with an upgrade, his belt was red as well. In Super Hero Taisen GP, Kyoichiro Kuroi has his own Typhoon, which it's strap is brown and can turn him into Kamen Rider 3.

Double Typhoon (Kamen Rider V3)
To transform into V3, Shiro Kazami would use this to do so. This belt is actually a modified version of the original Typhoon belt. Much like the original, the two gyros have to spin in order to transform.

To transform into Kamen RIder X, Keisuke Jin would use this belt to do so. He would grab the modules on each side of the belt to form his helmet. The belt is also capable of summoning his own weapons. He would press any of the four buttons on the handle ("H" for Ridol Whip, "R" for Ridol Rope, "S" for Ridol Stick, and "L" for Longpole).

Condorer (Kamen Rider Amazon)
Unfortunately, the Condorer isn't the means for Amazon (aka Daisuke Yamamoto) to transform. Usually he would transform by yelling "A-MA-ZON". The Condorer itself can be used for other uses, like a grappling hook, much like the Utility Belt from the 1966 Batman (RIP Adam West).

The Sunriser is actually an evolved version of the King Stone belt, giving Kotaro the means to become Black RX. Whenever Black RX changes to Robo Rider or Bio Rider, the belt would change along with the form. It would be adapted as the Ecto Accelerator in the brain-rape disaster known as Saban's Masked Rider.

For Shin, ZO, & J, these three movie-exclusive Riders transform differently. Shin Kazamatsuri wouldn't use a belt, but would instead mutate into Kamen Rider Shin. Masaru Aso would not use a belt as well, but would not mutate (THANK GOD!!). Last but not least, Koji Segawa would use the J-Spirit belt buckle to transform into Kamen Rider J.

To transform into Kuuga, Yusuke Godai would use this belt to transform. Inside, their is a stone known as the Amadam, which is Kuuga's power source. To transform, he would the button on the right side of the belt, turning into Kuuga. He can press it again to perform a "Chou Henshin" to change his form. When assuming his Rising Forms, the belt would turn gold.

Alter Ring (Kamen Rider Agito)
To transform into Agito, Shouichi Tsugami would use this belt to transform into Agito. To transform, he would press both of the buttons on the sides of the belt, turning into Agito. He would press the left button to assume Flame Form and would press the right button to assume Storm Form. He can press both of them again to assume Trinity Form. When in Burning Form, or Shining Form, the belt's center would change it's appearance.

To transform into their respective Rider forms, each Rider would use an Advent Deck and place it in front of a reflective surface. The belt would then materialize onto their waist and they would insert the deck into the belt, turning into their Rider form. Each Rider has their own Advent Deck. For Ryuki & Knight, when they access their Survive Forms, their decks change color. Ryuki's deck turns from black to red and Knight's deck from black to blue. The Alternatives have their own belts and decks to transform. It would be adapted in Kamen Rider Dragon Knight as the Advent Belts.

SB-555B Faiz Driver (Kamen Rider Faiz)
To transform into Kamen Rider Faiz, Takumi Inui would use this belt to do so. To transform, he would grab out his Faiz Phone and insert the code "555" and insert the phone into the driver, turning into Faiz. Originally, the Faiz Driver could only work for Orphenoches and it was unknown why Takumi could use it. Until Episode 34, it was revealed he was an Orphnoch himself, the Wolf Orphenoch.

SB-913B Kaixa Driver (Kamen Rider Kaixa)
To transform into Kamen Rider Kaixa, Masato Kusaka would use this belt to do so. To transform, he would grab out his Kaixa Phone and insert the code "913" and insert the phone into the driver, turning into Kaixa. Originally, the Kaixa Driver could only work for Orphnoches and the reason why Kusaka could use it because he was infused with Orphnoch DNA along with the other Ryuseiji. At the time of the Rider's debut, the belt was said to kill the person who wore it, due to its immense power, but Kusaka could use the belt because he was infused with a greater amount of Orphenoch DNA than the other Ryuseiji.

SB-333B Delta Driver (Kamen Rider Delta)
To transform into Kamen Rider Delta, Shuji Mihara would use this belt to do so. To transform, unlike the other belts, he would use a voice commander to activate the belt. He would say "Henshin" into the speaker part and insert into the slot on the left side of the belt, turning into Delta. Again, Shuji was a Ryuseiji, which is why he can use it. On the bright side, this belt doesn't kill you if you were it, but it would make you become greedy with it. I actually don't know why it doesn't make Shuji obsessed with it, but my close guess is that he is a coward and his cowardice makes him reject the belt due to him resisting the urge to fight the Orphenoch.

SB-315B Psyga Driver (Kamen Rider Psyga)
To transform into Kamen Rider Psyga, Leo would use this belt to do so. To transform, he would grab out the Psyga Phone and insert the code "315" and insert it into the belt, becoming Psyga. Kamen Rider Psyga was only a movie-exclusive Rider that was seen in Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost and ironically, despite the fact that he can use the belt and is an Orphnoch, we never got to see his Orphnoch form.

To transform into Orga, a corrupted Yuji Kiba, aka the Horse Orphnoch, would use this belt to do so. To transform, he would grab out the Orga Phone and insert the code "000" and insert it into the belt, becoming Orga. Like Psyga, he was only see in Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost.

He would then open up the belt, revealing the clover symbol in the center, which would materialize a portal that would move towards him, turning him into Kamen Rider Leangle.

Ace Rider Buckles (Ace Riders)
In Missing Ace, the three Ace Riders, Junichi Shimura (Glaive), Shin Magaki (Lance), and Natsumi Miwa (Larc) would use these buckles to transform. They are actually just redesigns of the Leangle Buckle and function the same way, but they all would insert a different Rouze Card of their own, Change Kerberos.

Henshin Onsa Onkaku (Kamen Rider Hibiki)
To transform into his oni form, Hibiki would use this device to do so. First, he would tap the tuning fork on a hard surface (probably a rock or his hand) and would raise the device up against his head, revealing an oni symbol. He would then be engulfed in flames, turning into his oni form. He would then wave away the flames with his arm, revealing that he has turned into an oni. Other oni use a device just like this, especially the oni in The Seven Senki.

To transform into his oni form, Todoroki would use this henshin brace to do so. First, he would pluck the strings on the brace and would raise it up against his head, revealing an oni symbol. He would then raise his arm up to the sky, struck by lightning. He would then wave away the lightning bolt, revealing his oni form. His mentor, Zanki, has a transformation device just like this, but it is red and the strings are gold.

To transform into Kabuto, Souji Tendou would use the Rider Belt & his Kabuto Zecter to transform. He would transform by inserting the Zecter into the left side of the belt, turning into Masked Form. To activate Rider Form, he would pull the lever (the horn) to the left side, having the armor fly off, assuming Rider Form.

To transform into TheBee, Sou Yaguruma, and later Shun Kageyama, would use the Rider Brace & TheBee Zecter to transform. He would transform by placing the Zecter on the brace, assuming Masked Form. He would then fold up the wings and turn around the Zecter, assuming Rider Form.

In God Speed Love, their were three movie-excluvise Riders. Each Rider would use a Rider Brace to transform with their Zecters. Much like the Hopper Riders, they would go straight into Rider Form. First, Hidenari Oda would use the Hercus Kabutick Zecter to transform into Kamen Rider Hercus. Next, Tetsuki Yamato would use the Ketaros Kabutick Zecter to transform into Kamen Rider Ketaros. Last, but not least, Issei Kurosaki would use the Caucasus Kabutick Zecter to transform into Kamen Rider Caucasus.

To transform into Den-O, Ryotaro Nogami would use this belt to do so. He would need to be possessed by any of his four Imagin companions to transform. He would then swipe the pass across the center, turning into Den-O.

To transform into Decade, Tsukasa Kadoya would use this belt to do so. First, he would pull back both of the sides, turning the center clockwise. He would then insert his Rider Card into the center and push back both of the sides, turning into Kamen Rider Decade, Destroyer of Worlds.

To transform into Diend, Daiki Kaito would use this gun to do so. First, he would insert his Rider Card into the front of the gun. He would then slide the silver cylinder forwards, moving the front part, having the gun scan the card. He would then raise the gun into the sky, pulling the trigger and transforming into Kamen Rider Diend.

To transform into Kivala, Natsumi would need the assistance of her friend, Kiva-la, to transform. When Kiva-la pucks her lips and makes a kiss, Natsumi would then transform into Kamen Rider Kivala.

Double Driver (Kamen Rider W)
To transform into Double, Shotaro Hidari and Philip would use this belt to do so. First, Shotaro would place the belt on his waist, having another materialize onto Philip. They would then activate both of their respective Gaia Memories (Philip - Cyclone and Shotaro - Joker). Philip would first insert his, which the Memory would then teleport into Shotaro's Driver. Shotaro would then insert the Cyclone Memory first and then the Joker Memory next. He would then push the sides of the Driver, with it forming a W-like shape, and Philip would then faint, because his mind teleports into Shotaro's body. Shotaro and Philip's mind would both be in the same body, transforming into Kamen Rider Double.

Accel Driver (Kamen Rider Accel)
To transform into Accel, Ryu Terui would use the Accel Memory and the Accel Driver to do so. First, he would place the Driver onto his waist, then activating his Memory. He would then insert the Memory into the Driver, then twisting the left handlebar, turning into Kamen Rider Accel.

Lost Driver (Kamen Rider Eternal, Skull & Joker)
The Lost Driver has been used by only four people: Jun Kazu (in Kamen Rider Eternal), Katsumi Daido (in The Gaia Memories of Fate), Sokichi Narumi (in Movie War 2010), and Shotaro Hidari (in The Gaia Memories of Fate as well). First, the Lost Driver was first used by Sokichi Narumi, who uses it along with the Skull Memory to turn into Kamen Rider Skull. Next, Jun Kazu uses the Lost Driver alongside the T1 Eternal Memory to turn into Kamen Rider Eternal Red Flare. The Driver was then stolen by Katsumi Daido who uses the Driver alongside the T2 Eternal Memory to turn into Kamen Rider Eternal Blue Flare. Last, but not least, Shotaro Hidari was given the Lost Driver his mentor, Sokichi, used, using it alongside the T2 Joker Memory to turn into Kamen Rider Joker. Shotaro usually assumes this form when Philip is absent.

To transform into OOO, Eiji Hino would use this belt to do so. First, he would insert three certain Core Medals into the slots (Usually the Medals are Taka, Tora, & Batta). He would push down the center, using the OOO Scanner to scan the Medals, He would then hold the Scanner against his chest, turning into Kamen Rider OOO.

To turn into Birth, Akira Date, and later Shintaro Goto, would use this belt to do so. He can insert other Core Medals to activate Birth CLAWs, his primary weapons.

To transform into Meteor, Ryusei Sakuta would use this belt to do so. He would wind up the silver switch on the top and would then push down the blue switch on the left side of the belt, turning into Meteor. Meteor can use Fourze's Astro Switches to activate different attacks.

Nadeshiko Driver (Kamen Rider Nadeshiko)
To transform into Nadeshiko, Nadeshiko Misaki would use this belt to transform. Nadeshiko is actually the SOLU (Seeds Of Life from the Universe). She has the ability to replicate any object she sees, which she replicates Fourze's belt. This driver only has two slots and no lever. Once she flips the switchs, she transforms into Kamen Rider Nadeshiko.

Wizardriver (Kamen Rider Wizard)
To transform into Wizard, Haruto Souma would use this belt to transform. First, he would use his Driver On Ring to activate it. He would then change the hand to the right side and place the Flame Style Wizard Ring on his ring finger and then place it on the hand part, turning into Kamen Rider Wizard Flame Style. He can use other Wizard Rings to activate different forms on the right side and activate special abilities & finishers on the left side.

To transform into Beast, Kousuke Nitoh would use this belt to transform. He would insert the Beast Wizard Ring onto the right side of the belt, turning the slot towards and open the belt, turning into Kamen Rider Beast. He can use other Beast Rings by inserting them into the left side of the belt.

White Wizard Driver (Kamen Rider Wiseman)
To transform into the White Wizard, Sou Fueki would use this belt to do so. It is similar to Haruto's Wizardriver, but with different SFX & different colors. He would activate the Driver by using his Driver On Wizard Ring and move the hand to the right side. He would place the Change Wizard Ring on his ring finger and then place it on the hand part, turning into Kamen Rider Wiseman (aka the White Wizard). Other people have used this belt like: Mayu Inamori using the Mage Wizard Ring to turn into Kamen Rider Mage, or Yuzuru Iijima to turn into a blue Kamen Rider Mage, or Masahiro Yamamoto to turn into a green Kamen Rider Mage, or Minister Auma using the Sorcerer Wizard Ring to turn into Kamen Rider Sorcerer.

Sengoku Driver (All Armored Riders)
To transform into their respective Rider forms, each Armored Rider would use this belt to do so. Each Rider has their own Rider Indicator, which turns into their respective Rider. They would then unlock a Lockseed, summoning a fruit from the sky. They would then place the Lockseed onto the belt and lock it. They would then use the sword on the left side of the belt to cut open the Lockseed, having the fruit come down and transform the person into an Armored Rider. Gaim can use a Genesis Core and replace the Rider Indicator with it, using an Energy Lockseed to assume a Jimber Arms form.

Genesis Driver (All New Generation Riders)
To transform into their respective Rider forms, each New Generation Rider would use this belt to do so. Unlike the Sengoku Driver, the Genesis Driver does not have a Rider Indicator, because what Rider they transform into depends on the Energy Lockseed they use. They would first unlock the Energy Lockseed, summoning a fruit from the sky, and place it on the belt. They would then lock the seed into the belt and would push the lever towards the lockseed, opening it up, turning the user into a New Generation Rider.

Drive Driver & Shift Brace (Kamen Rider Drive)
To transform into Drive, Shinnosuke Tomari would use his companion, Mr. Belt, to do so. The scientist known as Krim Steinbelt uploaded his consciousness into the belt, which is the reason why it talks. To transform, Shinnosuke would first grab out the Type Speed Shift Car and twist the back, turning the back into a lever. He would then insert the car into the Shift Car and push the lever, transforming into Kamen Rider Drive. Shinnosuke can use other Shift Cars to activate different abilities and forms. Kamen Rider Dark Drive uses the same kind of Driver to transform.

Break Gunner (Mashin Chaser)
To transform into Mashin Chaser, Chase would use this device to do so. To transform, all he would just do is push the muzzle and he would transform into Mashin Chaser. To activate his Tune Chasers or Super Mashin Chaser form, he would insert Viral Cores into the slot of the gunner. He can also use other Shift Cars in the gunner.

Lupin Gunner (Kamen Rider Lupin)
To transform into Lupin, Zoruku Tojo would use this device similar to Chase's Break Gunner to transform. He would just push the muzzle and would become Kamen Rider Lupin. He can use the Lupin Blade Viral Core and insert it into the gunner, using it as a blade to fight with.

Mach Driver Honoh (Kamen Rider Mach & Kamen Rider Chaser)
To transform into Mach, Go Shijima would use this belt to do so. First, he would open up the slot, inserting the Mach Signal Bike into it. He would then close the slot, transforming into Kamen Rider Mach. He can insert different Signal Bikes into the belt, to access different abilities. He can insert Shift Cars into the belt as well. Later on, Chase uses the same driver to transform into Kamen Rider Chaser by inserting the Chaser Signal Bike into it. Shinnosuke used this driver twice in two movies. In Surprise Future, he uses it to turn into Kamen Rider Drive Super Dead Heat, and in Super Movie War Genesis, he uses it to turn into Kamen Rider Drive Dead Heat (which is the same as Type Dead Heat, but the only difference is that their is a different belt being used, low-budget retards!)

Banno Driver (Kamen Rider Gold Drive)
To transform into Gold Drive, the Banno Driver, with Banno's consciousness uploaded into the belt, possesses a Roidmude to transform. When the possesssed Roidmude turns the toggle in the top left corner to transform, he becomes Kamen Rider Gold Drive. When he turns the toggle again, he can steal any of the Riders' weapons and use it against them.

Ghost Driver (Kamen Rider Ghost & Kamen Rider Specter)
To transform into Ghost, Takeru Tenkuji would use this belt to do so. First, he open up the driver and press the right button on the Ore Ghost Eyecon and would insert the Eyecon into the driver. He would then close the driver and pull the lever on the left side, turning into Kamen Rider Ghost. He can use other Ghost Eyecons to assume different forms. Makoto Fukami can use the same driver to turn into Kamen Rider Specter with the Specter Ghost Eyecon. Argos can use the same driver to turn into Kamen Rider Dark Ghost, using the Dark Ghost Eyecon. Last, but not least, Daigo Fukami, Makoto's dad, can use the same driver as well to turn into Kamen Rider Zero Specter, with the Zero Specter Ghost Eyecon.

Eyecon Driver G (Kamen Rider Ghost Grateful Damashii)
To transform into his Grateful form, he would use this belt to do so. He would first press the button on the right side and press it again to transform. He can use the red switch on the left side to summon any of the 15 Historic Figures to help him in battle.

To transform into Necrom, Alain would use this device to do so. First, he would press the button on the right side of the Necrom Ghost Eyecon and insert it into the slot. He would then twist the device to make it stand so he can press the green button on the side and would then press the other green button on the top to make a tear drop into the Eyecon to transform into Kamen Rider Necrom. He can use other Eyecons to assume other forms.

Many people have used this device to transform into a Ganma or a Dark Necrom. It was first used by Igor, who can use the device and insert Ganma Eyecons in order to transform into the Ganma the Eyecon represents. Later, Alia uses the Dark Necrom Pink Eyecon and inserts it into this device to transform into Kamen Rider Dark Necrom P. In The 100 Eyecons & The Fateful Moment, Argos' servants, Jared, Jebil, & Jey use their Dark Necrom Eyecons to transform into a trio of Dark Necroms (Jared = Red, Jebil = Blue, & Jey = Yellow)

Amazons Driver (Kamen Rider Amazon Omega & Kamen Rider Amazon Alpha)
To transform into Amazon Omega, Haruka Mizusawa would use this belt to do so. He would just twist the right handlebar forwards after shouting "AMAZON!!" and would turn into Kamen Rider Amazon Omega. Jin Takayama would use the same driver to turn into Kamen Rider Amazon Alpha. Later on, Jun Maehara would use as black version of the driver to turn into Kamen Rider Amazon Sigma.

Neo Amazons Driver (Kamen Rider Amazon Neo)
To transform into Amazon Neo, Chihiro would use this belt to do so. He would first insert a syringe into the slot of the belt, pushing the lever, shouting "AMAZON!!" and would turn into Kamen Rider Amazon Neo. Haruka Mizusawa is later given another driver like this and uses it to become Kamen Rider Amazon New Omega.

Game Driver (Kamen Rider Ex-Aid)
Many Riders have used this Driver to transform into Game Riders. Emu Hojo uses this alongside the Mighty Action X Gashat to turn into Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. Hiiro Kagami uses the Taddle Quest Gashat to turn into Kamen Rider Brave. Taiga Hanaya uses the Bang Bang Shooting Gashat to turn into Kamen Rider Snipe. Kiriya Kujo uses the Bakusou Bike Gashat to turn into Kamen Rider Lazer & later on Kamen Rider Lazer Turbo. Kuroto Dan uses the Proto Mighty Action X Gashat to turn into Kamen Rider Genm. Later on, Parad uses his Gashat Gear Dual alongside with a Game Driver to turn into Kamen Rider Para-DX Perfect Knockout Puzzle Fighter Lv. 99. In Chou Super Hero Taisen, Hiiro's Game World counterpart uses the Taddle Legacy gashat to transform into Kamen Rider True Brave. In True Ending, Kagenari Nagumo uses the Hurricane Ninja Gashat to transform into Kamen Rider Fuma.

Bugle Driver (Kamen Rider Genm)
To transform into Genm Zombie Gamer, Kuroto Dan would combine his Gashacon Bugvisor with the Bugster Buckle to form the Bugle Driver. He would then insert the Dangerous Zombie Gashat into the slot and would then press the small red button on the right side, turning into Kamen Rider Genm Zombie Gamer Lv. 10.

To transform into Para-DX, Parad would use this special Gashat to do so. First, he would turn the Perfect Puzzle side to the bottom and transform into Kamen Rider Para-DX Puzzle Gamer Lv. 50. He would then turn the side to Knockout Fighter to assume Kamen Rider Para-DX Fighter Gamer Lv. 50.

To transform into a Ride Player, a normal civilian would use this Gashat to do so. They would activate the Gashat first and would press the button again to assume their Ride Player form.

Bugle Driver II (Kamen Rider Poppy & Kamen Rider Chronos)
To transform into Poppy's Rider form, Asuna Karino or Poppy Pipopapo (her alternative form) would use this driver to do so. First, she would activate her Tokimeki Crisis Gashat and would then press the red button on the left side. She would then insert the Gashat into the slot and press the small red button on the top left, turning into Kamen Rider Poppy Crisis Gamer Lv. 10. Later on, Masamune Dan would use the same driver alongside the Kamen Rider Chronicle Gashat to transform into Kamen Rider Chronos.

Build Driver (Kamen Rider Build & Kamen Rider Cross-Z)
To transform, Sento Kiryu would insert the Full Bottles of both an organic and inorganic form and insert them into the Build Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Build. Specific Full Bottles would go together, forming a Best Match, but to does who don't match, it is known as a Trial Form. Ryuga Banjou would use his own Build Driver and insert the Dragon Full Bottle with the Cross-Z Dragon, he can transform into Kamen Rider Cross-Z.

Transteam Gun (Night Rogue & Blood Stalk)
The Transteam Gun can be used by the leaders of Faust, mainly Gentoku Himuro, who would insert the Bat Full Bottle to transform into Night Rogue. Soichi Isurugi would use the Cobra Full Bottle to transform into Blood Stalk.

Sclash Driver (Kamen Rider Grease & Kamen Rider Cross-Z Charge)
To transform, Kazumi Sawatari would use the Robot Sclash Jelly and insert it into the Sclash Driver to transform into Kamen Rider Grease. Ryuga would also use the same belt with the Dragon Sclash Jelly to transform into Kamen Rider Cross-Z Charge.

Nebula Steam Gun (Kaisers)
First seen in Heisei Generations FINAL, this would be used by Kaisei Mogami and his Ex-Aid World counterpart. By inserting the blue Gear Remocon, Kaisei, from the World of Build, would transform into Kaiser. Kaisei, from the World of Ex-Aid, would insert the red Gear Engine and transform into Kaiser Reverse. Once together, the two would fuse together into Bi-Kaiser. This device would later be used by the Washio Brothers, where Fu, the oldest, would transform by using the turquoise Gear Remocon and transforrm into Remocon Bros. Rai, the youngest, would use the white Gear Engine to transform into the Engine Bros. When both Gear Bottles are used together, Fu can transform into the Hell Bros.

Evol Driver (Kamen Rider Evol)
While being possessed by Evolt, Soichi, formerley known as Blood Stalk, can use this belt with the Cobra and Rider System Evolbottles, and can transform into Kamen Rider Evol. Nariaki Utsumi would later use another Evol Driver with the Bat and Engine Fullbottles to transform into Kamen Rider Mad Rogue.
