Beta Capsule (Ultraman)
This was the henshin device of the very first Ultraman. Whenever Shin Hayata needed to transform, he would raise up this device and press the red button, transforming into Ultraman.
Ultra Eye (Ultraseven)
This was the glasses-like henshin device for Ultraseven. Whenever Dan Moroboshi (Ultraseven´s human form) needed to transform, he would bring out these glasses and place them on his face, turning him into Ultraseven.
Will Power (The Return of Ultraman)
Unlike Ultraman and Ultraseven, Hideki Go doesn't have a transformation device. Instead, he uses the Will Power to transform, which means he can transform at any he chooses.
Ultra Rings (Ultraman Ace)
As I said before, Ultraman Ace was the first Ultraman to have two human hosts combine into one. How Seiji Hokuto and Yuki Minami where able to transform was by colliding these two rings together to turn into Ace. When Yuki left, Seiji used these two rings on his own.
Ultra Badge (Ultraman Taro)
This was the transformation device of one of the most infamous Ultramen ever, Ultraman Taro. When not in use, the Ultra Badge would lay on Kotaro's uniform. Whenever he needed to transform, Kotaro Higashi would raise his badge and shout "Taro!!!!" to transform.
Leo Ring (Ultraman Leo)
Much like Ultraman Ace, Ultraman Leo would use a ring to transform. When necessary, Gen Otori would raise this ring in front of him and yell "Leo!!!!!" to transform.
Beam Flasher (The★Ultraman)
In the anime series, Choichiro Hikari would throw the Beam Flasher and once it would land on his hand, he would transform into Ultraman Jonias.
Bright Stick (Ultraman 80)
In Ultraman 80, Takeshi Yamato would use this flashing stick to transform.
Delta Plasma Pendant (Ultraman: Towards the Future)
In Ultraman: Towards the Future, Jack Shindo would use this pendant to transform into Ultraman Great.
Beta Capsule (Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero)
In Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero, Ken'ichi Kai would use the Beta Capsule to transform into Ultraman Powered.
Pikari Brusher (Ultraman Zearth)
In the Ultraman parody, Katsuto Asahi would use this toothbrush henshin device to transform into Ultraman Zearth.
Spark Lance (Ultraman Tiga)
Found in ancient ruins, Daigo Madoka would use the Spark Lance to transform into Ultraman Tiga. It would later be used by Daigo's son, Tsubasa Madoka, who would also transform into Tiga. Then a Sakimori villager named Amui would transform into Tiga in Tiga Gaiden and then in Ultraman X The Movie, Yuuto Tamaki would transform into Tiga, becoming the youngest Ultra host.
Reflasher (Ultraman Dyna)
In the sequel to Tiga, Ultraman Dyna's main protagonist, Shin Asuka, would use the Reflasher to transform into Ultraman Dyna.
Esplender (Ultraman Gaia)
In Ultraman Gaia, Gaku Takayama would use the Esplender to transform into Ultraman Gaia. There was a prototype version of this thing which was cylinder-shaped.
Agulator (Ultraman Gaia)
The Agulator would be used by Hiroya Fujimiya, who can transform into Ultraman Agul.
Nice Dreamer (Ultraman Nice)
In Ultraman Nice, which was a series of infomercials, Ginga Yumeboshi would use the Nice Dreamer to transform into Ultraman Nice. He would a Milk Dud, I mean a simple chocalate bean from his watch and would transform (Even more ridiculous than Zearth's henshin device).
Estraller (Ultraman Neos)
In this direct-to-dvd series, Genki Kagura would use the Estraller to transform into Ultraman Neos.
Cosmos Pluck (Ultraman Cosmos)
In Ultraman Cosmos, Musashi Haruno would use the Cosmos Pluck to transform into Ultraman Cosmos.
Evoltruster (Ultraman Nexus)
In Ultraman Nexus, Jun Himeya would use this wand-like device to transform into Ultraman Nexus. It would be later used by Ren Senjyu, then Nagi Saijyo, and finally Kazuki Komon. In Ultraman X, Sayuri Tachibana of Xio would use the Evoltruster to transform into Nexus.
Max Spark (Ultraman Max)
In Ultraman Max, Kaito Touma would use this to transform into Ultraman Max.
Mebius Brace (Ultraman Mebius)
In Ultraman Mebius, Mirai Hibino would use this to transform into Ultraman Mebius. He would do so by spinning the orb on his brace and would raise it up while shouting ¨Mebius!!!!¨. In can combine with the Knight Brace to form the Knight Mebius Brace.
Knight Brace (Ultraman Mebius)
This is the henshin device for Hunter Knight Tsurugi, who would then turn into Ultraman Hikari. The device is activated by pushing the blade into the slot, where Kazuya Serizawa would transform into the blue giant. The power was then given to Ryu Aihara.
Ultra Eye (Ultraseven X)
In the remake of Ultraseven, Ultraseven X, the Ultra Eye was similar to the original Ultra Eye, but a little more updated for a new generation. Jin was able to use this like how the original Ultraseven used it.
Ultra Zero Eye (Ultraman Zero)
This belonged to the the son of Ultraseven, Ultraman Zero. In Ultraman Zero the Movie, Run would summon the device from his Ultra Zero Bracelet and would place the Ultra Zero Eye on him, turning him into Ultraman Zero. Zero then bonded with Nozomu Taiga. Unlike Run, Daigo would summon the Ultra Zero Eye from his Saga Brace.
Saga Brace (Ultraman Saga)
In Ultraman Saga, Nozomu Taiga would where this to communicate with Ultraman Zero and summon the Ultra Zero Eye to transform. Later, it would be turned into a henshin device and when used alongside the Reflasher and Cosmos Pluck, Nozomu, alongside with Shin Asuka and Musashi Haruno, would transform into Ultraman Saga.
Ginga Spark (Ultraman Ginga)
In Ultraman Ginga, Hikaru Raido would use this device and by touching the foot of the Ultraman Ginga Spark Doll, Hikaru would transform into Ultraman Ginga. He can also turn into past Kaiju by using Kaiju Spark Dolls.
Strium Brace (Ultraman Ginga S)
In Ultraman Ginga S, Ultraman Taro, alongside the Ultra Brothers, transformed into the Strium Brace. By colliding with the Ginga Spark, Hikaru Raido can transform into Ultraman Ginga Strium.
Victory Lancer (Ultraman Ginga S)
In Ultraman Ginga S, Sho can use the Victory Lancer to transform into Ultraman Victory by touching the foot of the Ultraman Victory Spark Doll. He can also use past Kaiju dolls, but unlike Hikaru, Sho can't turn into past Kaiju, but use weapons based off said Kaiju.
Ultra Fusion Brace (Ultraman Ginga S The Movie)
In Ultraman Ginga S The Movie, the Ultra Fusion Brace can be collided with Sho's Victory Lancer and Ultraman Ginga and Ultraman Victory can be fused together to form Ultraman Ginga Victory.
Knight Timbre (Ultra Fight Victory)
In Ultra Fight Victory, Sho can use this flute-like device to transform into Ultraman Victory Knight.
X Devizer (Ultraman X)
In Ultraman X, Daichi Ozora would use this to summon the Ultraman X Spark Doll. By colliding the Spark Doll and the X Devizer, Daichi can turn into Ultraman X. He can also use other collectibles known as Cyber Cards.
Xlugger (Ultraman X)
In Ultraman X, Daichi would use this to transform into Ultraman Exceed X.
Ultra Orb Ring (Ultraman Orb)
In Ultraman Orb, Gai Kurenai would use two Fusion Cards and scan them through his Orb Ring. He can combine the power of the two cards and transform into Ultraman Orb.
Ultra Orb Calibur (Ultraman Orb)
In Ultraman Orb, Gai Kurenai would the Orb Origin card to summon this device. He can use it to transform into Ultraman Orb Origin.
Orb Slasher (Ultra Fight Orb)
To transform into Ultraman Orb Trinity, Gai would use the Ginga, Victory, and X Fusion Cards to summon this device and transform into Ultraman Orb Trinity Form.
Geed Riser (Ultraman Geed)
In Ultraman Geed, Riku Asakura would use the Geed Riser and combine the powers of two Ultra Capsules to transform into Ultraman Geed.
Ultra Zero Eye NEO (Ultraman Geed)
In Ultraman Geed, Ultraman Zero merges with a new host, Reito Igaguri. Once merged with him, he is given an evolved version of Zero's henshin device, Ultra Zero Eye NEO. He uses it to become Ultraman Zero. He can combine it with another Geed Riser to become Ultraman Zero Beyond.
R/B Gyro (Ultraman R/B)
In Ultraman R/B, the Minato Brothers, Katsumi and Isami, can use the R/B Gyro, one for each, and insert their own R/B Crystals, with Katsumi using the Taro Crystal for fire and Isami using the Ginga Crystal for water. Once used, they can transform into Ultraman Rosso and Ultraman Blu, respectively.
